I have an Ipad which shares data with my pay monthly iphone contract, and has the O2 Travel bolt-on. Back in April it couldn't connect to mobile data in France - I thought that being on shared data meant it would work anywhere my phone worked? Do I need to do something to activate it or am i stuck with using a local sim?
Thanks

Tethering and mobile broadband tariffs do not work abroad but as shared data is different you should be OK.
