Just recieved a mobile broadband for ipad SIM pack.

Follow the instructions that came with the SIM to go to mbb.02.co.uk and register, the number isn't recognised.

Called the helpdesk they told me to sync via iTunes then go Mobile Data -> View Account.

Guess what View Account isn't there, the SIM looks file I have 4G and I've changed the SIM PIM.

Anyone got any ideas ?

@AndyK1

For topping up, you can do it through your MyO2 also.

You'll need to register though so you can put the sim in a phone to receive the text for the registration process.

I did register on mbb.o2.co.uk but I can't remember the last time I logged in there, so isn't really necessary.

It may just need a couple of days to update your number on the system if it isn't been recognised.

Failing that, give customer service a call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Hi, it’s still not working, they suggested erasing the ipad so it was fresh out the box.

I’ve restored the ipad from a backup.

It's nothing to do with your iPad @AndyK1

O2 need to sort your account out for you.

I knew it wasn't the iPad, but I was assured by the 02 person I called that a reset would sort it.

They seem a bit clueless to be honest.
