My phone has gone weird since iOS update 14.0 updated an hour ago is anyone having the same problems

No I didn't have any issues except for battery drain for a couple of days whilst all the files were indexed.

Have you done a reset?

Vol Up, Vol Down then hold power button until Apple logo appears on screen.
