I updated my iPhone 5 yesterday, since then it is not connecting to the O2 network. I have checked the connectivity for our area and it says they are working on a mast? Does it take2 days to do this or could it be to do with the update? Live chat offline is not available at the moment, can anybody help?

Hi
Try a reset of your iPhone by ;
Holding the Top Sleep/Wake Button and Home Button until the Apple Logo appears, and then let go of both. Your iPhone will reset.
And or ;
Settings , General , Reset , Reset Network Settings.
O2 don't give live time updates on repairs.
Parts , engineers, weather and access to land all play a part.

It can take any length of time to fix, it all depends on the nature of the fault unfortunately.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
