Internet abroad

I am currently out of the UK, previously the internet on my phone has worked abroad, however since the evening of the 31st my internet has failed to work. Despite data roaming being turned on, the phone is saying there is no internet connection, this is despite there being good network reception. Can anyone help me???

You may have a balance in your recent charges for international usage which needs paid. O2 usually text you to let you know.

I've just returned from the canaries and had the same problem phoned O2 they don't know why it happened when I returned today phoned them again and then someone rang me back and said cause I'm back home there's nothing they can do now but when I go back report it again what a waste of time thanks 02
