The website has been looping for almost two years so whilst that is the first step it may involve a call to customer service. 

Perhaps the OP can let us know if it works now. ...

When I enter the code it goes to another which says object moved here, but is otherwise blank!

You need to call customer service as the website has been giving problems for months and months.
