I paid of my whole contract to upgrade to a better phone I received it today and it will not switch on the Apple icon keeps popping up and it will not go any further. Can I be able to send this phone back? Lucky I have my old phone still to keep in contact and find info

@Chloemckenna Yes you can send it back and have it replaced. Call customer service.
