hi,
Is anyone else having problems with their IPhone with calls. If you dial an O2 number there is no dialling tone or anything but text messages are coming through. My husband and myself both have the same phone so is it a network problem?

If there's a problem in the area download the My Network app and you can report it through the app.

My iphone 5 stopped taking or sending voice calls to-day around 15.50 - cannot get in touch with O2 as making a complain is just so complex - this seems to be the order of the day now - same with BT.

Yes. Chat support just verified there were network problems with calls although their area checker said my area was problem free...... which it obviously is not

Hi guys,
We are aware of an issue where some O2 customers may be experiencing difficulties making calls from their mobile to EE mobiles and to landline numbers. BT, our fixed line partner, have confirmed they are investigating a problem within their network and we apologise for any inconvenience.
