I can send texts but can't receive them, I can make and receive calls. I've reset the network, turned the phone on and off and reset the phone. No joy. Help!

Haha I will be getting a new phone ASAP.

If a lovely person at O2 will provide one;) or ill have to wait until they're unlocking the 5s get more money for it and purchase another outright. I'm leaning towards the z10 atm

Have you got a network signal?
Can you make and receive calls?
How long has this been going on etc.......?
