I've noticed recently that when I have several tabs open on my iPad Air the tabs can occasionally refresh /re load when you go from one to another.
This does not happen all the time but if I'm working on an open post, leave it ,and open another tab to obtain some more info etc ,and then go back to the first tab with my open post if it refreshes / reloads it can wipe my work.
😞
After searching forums some put it down to available RAM in the iPad and others put it down to issues with how iOS 7 is currently written.
The Chrome browser does the same.
So after running other browsers such as Opera I'm now on the Atomic Browser, which at the moment is not re loading the tabs. ~Watch this space.

The only downside is that it does not have Safari's keychain feature of auto logging me into forums such as this one. Something I can live with tbh.
Are their any other iPad owners out there who are having the re loading issue.
Perhaps you've not noticed until now !
To clarify I'm using as per the info in my signature ;
iPad Air.
iOS 7.1.1

I haven't had this issue with my iPad - but I have been having an issue whereby safari closes itself and opens up the app that I was previously using before Safari (even though the app and the Safari page are in no way linked).
Maybe it's just a temporary issue with Safari at the moment.
Did the recent bug get into Safari as well? maybe Apple are trying to make improvements to its security.

Which iPad and iOS are you on ?
I didn't notice what I describe at first but after it happening more than a few times and being annoyed at losing the work I'd written I went on a fact finding mission !
It seems this happens if more tabs are left open. Safari kind of purges the open tab.
I've had Safari crashes but that was down to me being jail-broken in my case. I've recently restored by iPhone 5s and moved to iOS 7.1.1 and fingers crossed have no more.
No crashes from purchase date on my iPad Air.
I'm hoping iOS 8 improves the all round user experience from iOS 7.
