Don't know if Apple rolls their OS out worldwide at the same time, but I saw this and thought I'd post it.

The article does say...
If you want to download the iOS 12.1.1 update, you probably know the drill by now: simply go to the Settings app, tap on General, and than select Software Update
Maybe those with iPhones here could try it and see?
