@Toby The MyO2 app failing to log in, seems to be connected to iOS 10, I have an older 5S I no longer use, so i upgraded it to the 10 beta and tried this, and it does seem to be a bug. If I remember correctly iOS 8 did this as well to the app, then O2 came out with (i think v5.3) of the app.

As for it not asking for your information, just because you un-installed the app, doesn't remove its stored data. This seems to be what happens when the device isn't power cycled after an un-install. (from my own experience)

Hi @Anonymous, the team will continue to monitor how the app perform on iOS10, but as its not fully supported yet (or fully released), its not technically fully supported if that makes sense. However, your observations now are really useful, as the team can know which issues and features to check on and investigate before the full release.

My O2 v7.7.0 works fine on 6s Plus running iOS 10 beta 4 (that dropped today)

Installed public beta 3 - sadly still can sign into the community via the My O2 app. Behaves the same as beta 2, hitting sign in briefly brings up the loading prompt but stays on the home page. Still works via the web browser - typing this reply from the 5s running the beta.
