I've paid my bill but can't make calls

Hi my phone has a bar on although I paid the bill on Saturday? 

Has worked fine until an hour ago? 

Wont let me ring 202 number? 

Please advise

You definitely need to call them. Probably their automated system wasn't updated due to the Payment being made over the weekend. So the system wouldn't recognise any payment and automatically barred the account.

Live chat gets very busy during the day, and no-one knows how many agents there are.

 I've just connected straight away using Firefox on mobile. Try a different browser or clear cache and cookies.
