Hiya I'm really upset with O2 and thinking of canceling my contract with them I go away in a week and I was promised by an adviser my iPhone would be 3 to 5 days ... so I ordered it ... now I'm being told it's 6 weeks so angry as I wouldn't of ordered that one if I had known now I have no phone for my holiday ... any help on what I should do

You have limited options. Either cancel and go instore or to an independent or sit with fingers crossed it comes on time. Try calling them 2 or 3 times a day if necessary.

My order also had a 6 week wait time, but yesterday i received an sms to say it's benig delivered today! I think the wait time is O2's best estimate based on information from Apple. It can change at short notice.

There are plenty about instore @Anonymous If this was me I would be phoning my local store and if they had the device I wanted.... picking one up from there and cancelling this current contract...
