Just got my new I phone 6. I've put the new SIM card in and getting no service. I cannot do a sim swap because they cannot send me the code via text as I've no service can anyone help

You have to do the swap from your old working sim to start the process.

Do you still have your old  phone?  Do the sim swap on that one and code will be sent to that phone.

You need to receive the text on your old simcard. Do you have a phone to put it in? If not you will need to contact customer service or pop into the O2 store who will do it all for you.

Report your old sim lost (not phone) and arrange a replacement. It arrives swapped already.
