So I was on a call when my iPhone went black....
Now its unresponsive!
I'm unable to do doing anything including restart it....
I have tried to use the volume keys and hold the lock key but still nothing....
I have plugged the charger in but it makes no diffenece.
Is there a number I can call o2 from a landline?
I need help ASAP please?

If the steps in the linked apple document don't work then I'd suggest the following
If you have an Apple store near you it may be worth making an appointment with the Genius Bar. If the handset is faulty you should walk out with a replacement
If not you can have a box mailed out to you by Apple to send the handset back to them to be repaired or replaced. This will take a few days though
Both methods are probably faster than approaching O2
