Pretty much sums it up in the topic title. Mobile data is on and data roaming but I still don’t have any signal and can only get on the internet when attached to WiFi. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi @NoSignalAbroad have you tried manually searching for a network on your phone?

@NoSignalAbroad If you have no signals it could be a local network issue or as suggested do a manual network selection . Where are you abroad ?

No signal whatsoever or just no data?

Hi @NoSignalAbroad

Are you using an iPhone? If so, you may want to change your apn to mobile.o2.co.uk as well as following the advice of @Anonymous above.

Please let us know how you get on and welcome to the forum.
