Hi @MarkHammond

If claiming from O2 insurance you need to contact them and O2.

@MarkHammond

Help and claim form to send off here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @MarkHammond

We can not access individual accounts within the community.  But can help you on how to make a claim.

If the phone is no longer working you can not ring 202 from your mobile so I would recommend calling our landline number at 0344 809 0202. which is a standared rate call.

Once you are through follow the automated system and when asked the reason you are calling say "Insurance Claim" you will then be put through to start the insurance process of a new claim.

I hope this helps Mark.
