I have just lost my iphone

I have just lost my iphone on the bus or on the road. How can you help with a replacement?

@Anonymous You need to call customer service and report the phone as lost. You also need to notify the police. You are responsible for charges up to a certain amount until you do. O2 will supply you with a new sim for your account but will not help with replacing the phone. That is your responsibility.

If you have no insurance it's worth checking home insurance or bank insurance.

Do you have insurance from o2?
