I got the Apple Watch Series 5 from o2 today and I set it up. But when I got to the part where I have to set it up with my data plan o2 wouldn't let me, this message kept popping up instead "Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your o2 mobile, quoting reference code 15".

I did try calling them but due to COVID-19 they didn't deal with my problem.

I did recieve a text message from o2 yesterday that said"We've connected your Apple Watch Airtime Plan".

Can anyone please suggest a solution to this.

@hamzab_

Sorry no, there appear to be some system issues with the Apple Watch currently. Many  people are having similar problems.

Does that mean I should return the Apple Watch or is it just for now the system issues will be fixed soon?

So the problem will be resolved soon by o2 or the Apple Watch itself is faulty?

It's an O2 issue.

Basically I'll have to wait for o2 to fix the issue then?

That's the only option I'm afraid.
