Hello,
I'm a new O2 customer, and bought a iPhone 4s on Friday evening. When I come to track my order, the page just says 'Oops Sorry - Something seems to have gone wrong'. Any ideas?
Also, I am apparently having to pay a £200 deposit, will I get this back?

You should have been given log in details for MyO2 so have you tried that?
You'll need to contact O2 if it's not set up yet.
You deposit is returned after 3 successful monthly payments.

The tracking number may not have been updated yet, As for the deposit you usually get that back after three payments have been made on time.

I am logged in, its just when I try and look at my account it does not allow me to.
I'm trying to contact them, but you can't ring them it seems, and all the online people are busy. Rather frustrating.
