I Phone Delays

i ordered a i phone last week that was in stock. waited for a delivery that never came so i called 202 to be told the phone is out of stock and should be with me in a week. still nothing.

when are you getting more phones in stock

I'm afraid it's a question of joining the queue, and a very long one at that:

Unless you're trying to get the phone on O2's Refresh Tariff, I'd look elsewhere.

Perhaps if O2's Refresh Tariff is not a deal breaker try Carfone Warehouse

If you have an Apple Store local reserve one here https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/iphone/ just after midnight and upgrade in the Apple Store.

Or try ringing your local O2 high street stores to check stock levels and upgrade in the shop.

You'd have to cancel the one online first however.
