HEY
Any advice appreciated
On unlocking my phone this morning the home screen is frozen to an open email and i cannot close it down.
The lock screen is active and i can unlock the phone, the time in the corner changes and the battery symbol charges when plugged in. I can use the torch and ask basic command through siri e.g play spotify etc.I can also receive notifications/messages on my locked screen but they will not open otherwise.
I have connected it to my Mac book air and as connected selected the "trust this device" but it fails.
I have tried to turn the Device off but with the frozen screen the swipe off does not appear.
im currntly awaitng my battery to run out to see if a restart will help
