How to use the o2 qr scanner.

When trying to scan a qr code it does not seem to work (it isn't recognising a code). Also, when it says to type it in manually, this doesn't seem to be possible since the keyboard only has numbers attached to it, you can't type in letters of the alphabet. So I can't scan in any qr code either manually or electronically. Any advice please?

I use Barcode scanner which scans both bar codes and QR codes on Android.

That's the one I have, no QR Codes have no numbers, I was thinking of bar codes!

Hi all, thank v much for all the helpful messages. I was a little unclear on the Scan a barcode functionality found in Shopping. I tried scanning in some items but it did not work. I now realise you can only do this on certain items in a shop... Thanks...
