How can I stop numbers from other countries calling me, I’ve had about 30 in the last day and it’s costing me on my bill, I block them as soon as they do but then another number calls me

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to do but you will not be charged unless you call the numbers back.

Just ignore them and continue to block the numbers and they will give up after a while.

You will never be charged for incoming calls. Just block them.
