How to redeem Apple Music subscription?

Hi all,

I recently took out a new contract with o2, and as part of that, I was meant to receive up to six months of Apple Music. This is shown on my receipt as "Get up to six months free Apple Music £0.00".

However, I can't find a redemption code. I have looked in my emails, my o2 account, and on the priority app. I can see the list of benefits I am eligible to select from, but Apple Music is not one of them (plus, I believe this is separate to the selectable benefit?).

I was in the process of talking to someone from o2 who was going to navigate me to a section in the priority app, but the line then unfortunately died.

Could anyone help with this? Thank you!

You get sent a code after 14 days to redeem the offer.

If you don't receive anything by then, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
