On a side note, as you reach the end of Yr 2 of a 2yr refresh deal, do you still have to tell O2 that the Device Plan component is clear (assuming you choose not to upgrade into a new Refresh deal)? I would assume it automatically terminates, leaving just the Airtime component active until terminated as above. But I also know it is never wise to assume, as it only makes an ass of u and me.
