In essence, just call customer services and give your 30 days notice. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Really @Mike65? You're never out of reach of a WiFi signal? I know there are a lot of WiFi hotspots, but that's very unusual.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

On a side note, as you reach the end of Yr 2 of a 2yr refresh deal, do you still have to tell O2 that the Device Plan component is clear (assuming you choose not to upgrade into a new Refresh deal)? I would assume it automatically terminates, leaving just the Airtime component active until terminated as above. But I also know it is never wise to assume, as it only makes an ass of u and me. slight_smile
