Hi, can someone help me also please. I've moved over to EE and now trying to unlock my iphone for a friend. What do I need to do please?

Hi @Zo1, before we can escalate on our end, you'd normally have to put a request through first - here are a few things you can try
If the form doesn't work, you can try in another browser, or delete you cookies. In case you still get the error message, the guide @MI5 previously shared also tells you how to request an unlock through My O2, or ask Customer Service to put it through for you. If you're still stuck after all that, I'd happily look into this for you, so please do let us know how you get on with it all!
