Hi. Ordered phone 3 days ago and got an email to say it would be delivered this AM and paid £8.99 for the privilege. But of course, it did not turn up and o2 saying they have no record of the order number despite my reciting it to them from their email. Order number. Not confirmation number. Am I going to regret my decision? Customer Services had no clue about anything!
