How do I switch on WiFi calling?! O2 help videos aren’t helpful..

I tried activating in settings but it says go to website. Website tells me to log into my o2 and switch on in devices but I can’t find that option? Help!

Wifi calling has to be activated by customer services first. Then you can go to My O2 to activate it yourself.
