Hi no I think I didn’t make it clear what I needed to do I want to know how I can download all my chat history and pictures sent from me to my husband using messenger 😔 can anyone help please

You can back everything up to iCloud or iTunes to save them but what are you wanting to download them for?
Is it just to save them or because you are changing phones?

@Rachael2018Unless you have saved all of your chat history it can't be done. Messenger has nothing to do with O2

Did backing things up with iCloud help with this by any chance @Rachael2018? Let us know if you need any additional help with that?
