I brought a Apple Watch and it won’t connect mobile data. Everytime I log in to my 02 account to activate the mobile data plan it wants me to add a new £5 airtime plan but I already have one. ( 02 have confirmed this) I have spoken to so many people. The tech team called me and his solution has not worked.anyone else having the problem and can offer me a solution? I’m desperate and at my wits end on how to get this resolved!
