Got mine via chat. Spoke to a person called Noel who sorted it very quickly. My Mrs tried at the same time, got through to a different person who said it was 'impossible'. I told Noel after he upgraded me then he put hers straight through.

hope I can use existing sim from my 5 which is going via o2 recycle

I ordered min through the Apple Store site this morning - they were about half an hour late coming online which was a tad annoying but no problem ordering one for delivery on 19 Sept.  I really couldn't be bothered queueing up!
