HELP.....please

Hi there

I did the software update a few weeks ago and today I noticed that my WIFI did not automatically connect when I got home, after playing around with my iphone 4s and turning it off, resetting them resetting on my computer the problem is still there.

I dont have insurace with 02 but wonder if this is covered under the warranty as its not been broken it would appear that its faulty hardware.  Can this be corrected or can I call O2 and get the phone changed as I have only had the phone a few months.

the best is to try to do a restore via ITUNES.

turn on pc

wait till loaded

connect fone with the usb lead

as itunes load, it will ask if u want to do a restore

click restore

that should hopefully do the trick... or take it to an APPLE Store and they will look at it. IF there is a fault, they will replace it on the spot.

Delete/forget the wifi connection off the phone and rescan. Connect again, when the phone asks for password, put it in and connect.
