Green line Iphone

Hi

I purchased a ‘like new’ iphone x on contract just under a year ago and today a green line has appeared down the right hand side of the screen. I have tried to call O2 but the automated line eventually says bye and cuts me off. How can i get in contact with O2 in regards to this.

@J112 O2 repairs are closed during the lockdown, and trying to get through to customer service is very difficult anyway. You'd probably have more chance of getting your issue resolved if you contacted Apple directly.

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
