Just writing on here to thank Courtney (Glasgow Call Centre) for sorting out the issues we had with two phone accounts we had recently ordered, the original salesman in their haste to close the deal managed to use the wrong email address for one of them and get the tarriffs wrong by over £15 a month from that agreed in the phone call.
After phoning to give O2 a piece of my mind and cancel the orders, the delightful Courtney calmed the situation, and my mood, and sorted it all out and saved us a little bit more which always helps.
If O2 has a way of rewarding their staff for going the extra mile then I think Courtney deserves the prize this month for her patience and understanding.
