I'm going to Spain next week will I have extra charges to pay

You will use your UK allowances for calls, data and text messages to and from the UK or any other EU country.
If you send an MMS message you will be charged extra the same as at home and if you go over your mins or text allowance you will be charged the same standard rates that you would at home.

in what way call or data?? if calls then yes, if data then check with o2 to make sure your covered with their new eruo thing....
