Getting a new Sim

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have had an iPhone 4 for many years and have just been gifted a friends old iPhone 6.  I am an O2 customer and want to remain with O2 but the iphone 6 needs a Nano sim and my iPhone 4 uses a micro Sim so I need to know how I can order a new Sim on my current contract (I want to keep my number).

Yes, it's completely free to get a new sim in the size you need with your current number and all tariff details.
Just call customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or pop into your local store.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

easiest way pop into an o2 store and get them to do the sim swap at the same time or ring 202 and ask for one to be sent out then do the swapmysim process when it arrives

Hopefully the iPhone 6 is unlocked or already on O2 otherwise it will need unlocking by the originating network so you can use O2.
