Can you upgrade online or do you need to upgrade in a store to be able to get O2 staff discount
Also is it available yet for iPhone 6

request your code via https://o2open.co.uk/O2Open/servlets/SignUp but
Must be within 28 days of opening the refresh tariff.

Then you can text the code.

"If you already have your open code you text OPEN followed by your open code, mobile number, name and postcode to 2020"

As long as you get your contract directly from O2 you can apply for the discount.
It doesn't matter if in store or on line as you claim the discount within the first month of starting the contract.

You generate your O2 Open code online, but you must take your O2 Open code to an O2 store to redeem your offer and they’ll do the rest. You can also do it with telesales.

Orders placed online do not qualify.
