A year ago I started paying a higher tariff on the promise of an automatic iPhone upgrade - now, in spite of repeated visits to O2 stores in London and Manchester I am told that there are no stocks of the 7 plus - first it was call again in mid-November, then end November, now Mid-December.
You may well blame Apple for not providing the stock but I entered into a contract with you and you have not supplied what I was promised and expected.
What redress can I expect?

If rumours are to be believed Apple are reducing stock of the iPhone 7....http://www.macrumors.com/2016/12/01/apple-reduces-iphone-7-orders/
So whilst your contract is with O2, I'm not sure they can be held responsible for a decision made by Apple...?
