@Anonymous Any news on this yet ?

Not yet I'm afraid.
I called O2 and they're still adamant that it is an issue with Apple because, as far as they can see, everything is provisioned correctly with my line.
I don't know what to believe anymore

Even after you activated with another o2 sim!!! I would ring back and say trouble shooting points to an account issue

Well that's me cancelling my service tomorrow. O2 adamant that it's a problem with Apple. This despite my friend's O2 sim working in my phone no problem and a PAYG sim from O2 that I purchased today activating straight away no problem. Every other line I put into the phone works no problem..... except for mine. Yet it's an issue with Apple apparantely!
It couldn't POSSIBLY be an issue with the line I've had activated could it not??
Absolutely shocking!!

The most annoying thing is that you have to repeat exactly what you have told them previously and that they suggest the exact steps already taken previously. Whatever happened to advisers placing full notes on an account so the next adviser can see exactly what has been done. Surely with the diagnosis already done it's glaringly obvious that there is an account issue????
