OR IS IT BEFORE THE 23 NOVEMBER 2014

Use them until the 22nd until 23.59, at 0.00 ,it will be the 23rd it will reset and any unused allowance will be lost .:smileyhappy:

They'll run out normally at or just after midnight of my anniversary date.

In basic syntax, it means your free minutes will last until the 23rd of November. Using midnight as a cut-off point or whatever expiry time was setup on the O2 system. Message notifications are not very clear in some cases and this non-specific gobblegook is the nearest you are going to get to English.

Use what you have remaining until that date at midnight. Allowances will then renew.
