I currently have an active esim on my iPhone XR, tomorrow my new iPhone 11 will arrive. When I transfer my XR data to the iPhone 11 will the esim settings transfer also or do I need a new esim pack. (I don’t have the qr code from the original esim pack)

Thanks

I’ve spoken to customer services who weren’t very helpful. They have sent me a new esim pack in the post. Can they not do the transfer over the phone ?

Thanks

You would like to think so but nothing ever easy with O2.

Recieved the esim pack today and added it to my new iPhone but my phone number isn’t showing as linked to the esim.

I think I need my original physical sim (which I no longer have) to perform a sim swap.

I will ring again in the morning, what a joke this is. Had no phone since Monday now.
