Error code reference 30

I’ve been having this issue for two months now, I can’t seem to find a solution, even though I restarted the watch, erased it and done all the necessary steps. And still can’t seem to sort this error. I feel like its unfair to even pay the bill for the watch as I’m not using it as much due to this issue.
What happens is when I try to set up the esim, it takes me to O2 website enter email & password, and then the error occurs withreference number 30.
Did anyone find a solution for this problem yet?

Hi, Just a quick one.

 

I'm having the same frustrating issue after changing my iphone from a 7 to an 11. Did the reset fix the problem?
