Can anyone help with a cheaper way of getting an iPhone 4 unblocked from EE so can use my O2 sim, being quoted £100 to unblock, surely there's a cheaper way to do this, been with O2 for years & sick of EE after a month of problems.
Anyone out there able to help point me to cheaper way to unblock my phone, be much appreciated,

I kid you not Jon.....
38 days and 7 phone calls to ee to get my iPhone 4 unlocked.
One of the managers was so apologetic, he refunded the cost and gave me 2gb data to use on the sim once unlocked.
Poor service fixed with good service.

We now have an EMT escalations line we can call through to and get it sorted if it goes over the time scale.
