I have just bought a new iPhone and already have an esim. I don't know how to transfer it from my old iPhone to the new one. Could someone help? Thank you!

You need a new eSim pack from O2 by calling customer service or going in store.
You then need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Further o2 help here:
Upgrading your device with esim
Unlike a physical sim card, esim profiles can’t be moved from one device to another. This is to keep esim profiles secure and prevent them from being copied.
During the upgrade process, we’ll need to send you some texts. If possible, you’ll need to keep your old device nearby until the sim swap is complete and your new device is active. Once it’s all complete and you’ve copied all your data to your new device, you can remove the esim profile from your old device.

Was quite impressed how quick a o2 swim swap to eSIM was from an o2 physical SIM, like virtually instant. Kudos!
From eSIM to eSIM perspective - it would be a good idea in future to have the option in MyO2 to generate new eSIM/QR code (after some 2FA authentication ofcourse) no more than once every 30 days for emergencies. This would be useful if a phone replaced by manufactuer while travelling and unable to get to an o2 store or home address.
Looks like business customers do get an option a bit like this already?
