Dropped my iphone xs max in the bath

Hi,

I dropped my iphone Xs Max in the bath, now there seems to have  no power, doesnt seem to want to charge when plugged in , also dosnt want to turn on.

I thought the Xs Max was water restaint that was the only reason i got it.

I need help !!

@Maverickbrfc95  Water resistant isn't the same as waterproof. Follow @MI5's advice above, but don't get your hopes too high.

i gotta say surpised by this ,i thought XS had IP68 which says 1.5m for 30mins in water, so dropping in the bath shouldnt really affect it, unless it hit the bath on the way in?
