Can I change the date of my direct debit payment? If so, how?

Yes but you need to call customer service free on 202 to arrange a date of your preferene.

I want to set up a direct Debit to pay my monthly bill. I cannot find any information on the subject

Call customer service on 202 and they will take your details.
