I am unable to make my device payments this month as I work weekly and get paid weekly, this week due to everywhere being shut I am not getting paid and am therefore unable to pay for the payment, does anyone know the consequences for not making the device payment?

Contact the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

The consequences are that the device will be barred if the device plan goes unpaid.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Not to mention the impact on your credit rating should you not pay.

I would like to hope that O2 can see their way to suspending payments.
